To Submit a GOES DCS SUA

1. Go to https://dcs1.noaa.gov (try DCS 2-4 if unable to access DCS1)
2. Click on "Submit an Application for Goes DCS SUA". (Google Chrome works best)
3. Complete the preliminary registration in order to submit an application. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission
4. Log back in to DADDS using your username (email address) and the password you just created. You will then be allowed to complete the System Use Agreement in its entirety. Once submitted, the approving authorities will review the application and notify you within two weeks.
