For National Weather Service operations: The backup date for this maneuver is Thursday, August 7, 2003. If the NWS regions have any operational concerns, please contact the NCEP SDM (301-763-8298) at least 6.5 hours prior to the maneuver time. On August 4, the following exclusive schedule will be employed to support maneuver operations: (*PLEASE NOTE the scheduled GOES-10 Full Disk scan period to support the primary GOES-12 outage during the maneuver.*) GOES-12 Maneuver Schedule starts at 1534 UTC on August 4, 2003. From 2015 UTC through 2114 UTC -- GOES-12 Full Disk Imaging with Soundings.
