Details/Specifics of Change:
Normal Level 1B data processing was resumed around 2300 UTC on January 5.  
A software problem was corrected to allow correct computation of the 
Greenwich Hour Angle.  The latest data will be processed first with old data 
processed as resources allow.  As much as possible erroneous data will be 
reprocessed and replaced in the archive.  A corrected TBUS bulletin was 
generated and sent out to the user community.  Please accept our apologies 
for any problems this may have created in your product processing.
